FAQs – Service Plans & Process
Q1: What's the difference between the three plans? Which one should I choose?
We offer three plans tailored to different pet needs:
Essential Nutrition Consultation:For pet parents new to nutrition or feeding commercial food. Understand your pet’s nutrition needs and get basic dietary suggestions.
Custom Fresh Food Plan + 1-Month Support:For switching to fresh food or managing specific health goals, with tailored formula + weekly tracking.
Meal Plan Upgrade + Extended Support:For clients who completed a fresh food plan within 6 months. Extend support and adjust based on changes.
Not sure which to choose? Start with the Essential Consultation — we’ll advise during the session if an upgrade is needed.
Q2: What does the Fresh Food Plan include? Do I need to cook?
The plan provides daily nutrient amounts and recipes tailored to your pet. Includes full nutritional analysis, ingredient pairing, and cooking suggestions. You may prepare meals yourself or request a quotation for our cooking service.
Q3：What if I need to adjust the meal plan later?
If you choose the 1-month support plan, we will follow up weekly via WhatsApp and adjust if needed.
After the 1 month, if further adjustments are needed, you may purchase the Meal Plan Upgrade + Extended Support, which includes a 30-minute follow-up and new recommendations.
Q4：When can I start? How long is the wait?
After booking, we will contact you within 1–3 working days to confirm details and schedule. For urgent needs, contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll try to arrange an earlier session.
Q5：When and how do I pay?
Once your booking is confirmed, we will notify you to proceed with payment. Accepted methods include FPS, bank transfer, PayMe, and credit card. All payments go to our registered company, Smart Love Pet Ltd. Please complete payment to secure your reserved time slot.
Q6： Can two pets be consulted together? Is there a discount?
Yes, but we still need to conduct individual analysis and personalized planning for each pet based on their health status and lifestyle.
If you have two pets from the same household who need consultation, we may offer a discount depending on the situation. Feel free to WhatsApp us to discuss arrangements.
Q7：What if I need to reschedule or cancel? Are there any fees?
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please refer to the following policy:
- To reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. One-time rescheduling is free of charge.
- If you choose to cancel (instead of rescheduling) and notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will deduct HKD $200 as a preparation fee and refund the balance.
- For no-shows or same-day cancellations, the full consultation fee of HKD $680 will be charged.
If you encounter any emergencies, you are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
Q8：Can I request an in-person consultation? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, absolutely! If you prefer face-to-face consultation, we can arrange it at the following location:

Currently, there is no extra charge for in-person consultations, but as the venue requires advance booking, please make your request early and mention “in-person consultation” in the booking form. We will contact you to confirm availability.
